EPIC Goal

Current documentation for Chart values.yaml are fragmented or mismatched, so the goal is to create an exhaustive list of all potential values.yaml with accurate descriptions what it does. 

Background/Feature Origin

Why is this important?

Feedback from customers is that they do not understand every possible option for the values.yaml. This will ensure that all values are available in an exhaustive list in official documentation ensuring that it is easier for customer to locate and understand all of the available options.

Acceptance Criteria

Create an exhaustive list of all values.yaml, including upstream, with accurate descriptions that can be shared with the docs team to create official documentation.
