Since we use an added `backstage.json` file in the Overlay repo to state overridden backstage compatibility, it appears to interfere badly with the `backstage:^` dependencies.
We have to fix this by either changing the way the backstage compatibility is stated in the overlay, or the moment we copy the overridden backstage.json file in the overlay repo workflow.
