      EPIC Goal

      The overlay repository gets an important place to build Backstage community and RHDH plugins. We should collect and improve the processes to help plugin maintainers.

      1. Collect improvement options from different overlay users/stakeholders to finalize the list below
      2. TBD, here are some ideas
        1. Automatically build container images when a PR (files) are updated (pushed). There is no need to wait for a /publish comment. The /publish (or /rebuild) comment could be still an option to retry a build
        2. It should be possible to modify multiple workspaces at the same time (and get images for all of them), or? See https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugin-export-overlays/pull/1475
        3. It should be possible to configure a scalprum json without a name to use the default name. See https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugin-export-overlays/pull/1477
