In the Overlay Repository Wiki, we should have one generated page per active release branch and the main branch, containing the list of all the merged workspaces with, for each workspace:

• the referenced commit and repo (with a link similar to what is provided in automatic PRs)
• the list of plugins with package name and version
• whether there is any pending update PR on this workspace.
