Backstage Techdocs and Techdoc Addons are not completly translations yet. We should add translations for this core plugin.

Why is this important?

Customers want have a fully localizated RHDH.

Backstage core plugins needs to support localization so that we can add translations in RHDH.

To archive this in 1.9 we need to have these work done before Backstage 1.45 gots released.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Backstage Techdocs plugin should support translations (the other languages will be added somewhere else )
   1. It supports in general, we should check for more strings
   2. incl. the header
   3. and the Prev/Next button in the footer
2. UI strings in techdocs-module-addons-contrib. This addons plugin are enabled by default in RHDH, but maybe not all addons are enabled by default.
