      EPIC Goal

      Add and improve translation support to the core Backstage plugins mentioned in the ACs.

      Why is this important?

      Customers want have a fully localizated RHDH.

      Backstage core plugins needs to support localization so that we can add translations in RHDH.

      To archive this in 1.9 we need to have these work done before Backstage 1.45 gots released.

      Acceptance Criteria / Plugins

      1. Add missing translations to Backstage Catalog (catalog, catalog-react, catalog-graph)
      2. Add translations support to Backstage Notifications
      3. Improve translations support of Backstage Techdocs and default Addons (incl. Techdocs addons from techdocs-module-addons-contrib)
      4. Improve translations support of Backstage Kubernetes plugin if needed (kubernetes, kubernetes-react, kubernetes-clusters)
