Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

The RHDH portal requires Italian localization to meet the needs of early customers and facilitate deals. This feature will enable the platform to cater to Italian-speaking users by translating all user-facing texts and UI components into Italian, thus improving accessibility and user experience. 

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

• Provide full Italian language support across the RHDH portal and core plugins.
• Expand on the early translations we have from last release and work with the translation team so we can be confident the language is well covered.

• Unlock business opportunities in Italian-speaking regions by meeting mandatory language requirements.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

1. Translate all user-facing texts, UI components, and messages into Italian.
2. Ensure that the Italian language option is available and selectable within the language settings.
3. Ensure the user interface displays correctly and consistently in Italian without layout issues.

Out of Scope (Optional)

1. Localization of third-party plugins not included in the core RHDH portal and Core plugins.
2. Support for additional languages beyond Italian.
