The RHDH portal requires French localization to meet the needs of early customers and facilitate business deals in regions like Quebec, where French is mandatory. This feature will enable the platform to cater to French-speaking users by translating all user-facing texts and UI components into French, thus improving accessibility and user experience.

• Provide full French language support across the RHDH portal and core plugins.

• Unlock business opportunities in French-speaking regions by meeting mandatory language requirements.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

1. Translate all user-facing texts, UI components, and messages into French.

1. Ensure that the French language option is available and selectable within the language settings.

1. Ensure the user interface displays correctly and consistently in French without layout issues.

Out of Scope (Optional)

1. Localization of third-party plugins not included in the core RHDH portal and Core plugins.
2. Support for additional languages beyond French.
