      What are we trying to solve here?

      Helm chart must deploy catalog index (oci artifact)

      • Must include support for airgap deployments
      • Mount this somehow (init container and container?) when deploying RHDH via chart or operator

      Why is this important?

      This will allow airgapped installs of RHDH when the catalog entities and dynamic-plugins.default.yaml are no longer included in the RHDH container image.
