As a user of RHDH, I want to remove, clear all, or reset cards on my homepage so that I can manage and restore my homepage layout according to my preferences or the default configuration.

Background

This story is part of the epic to make the existing homepage plugin customizable for RHDH users.
In addition to adding cards, users should be able to:

• Remove: Remove individual cards that are not needed.
• Clear All: Remove all cards from the homepage at once.
• Reset: Restore the homepage layout back to the default configuration defined by the Admin.

This ensures that users have flexibility while still having an easy way to return to a known good state.

Acceptance Criteria

• Users can remove an individual card from the homepage.
• Users can clear all cards.
• Users can reset their homepage to the default configuration set by the Admin or default configured.
• Changes persist via the Backstage User Settings API.
