add pyxis, konflux, and pipelinerun configs for techdocs-module-addons-contrib

      If I run:

      cd /path/to/rhdh-plugin-catalog/.tekton
./generatePipelineRunsForPlugins.sh --nocommit -v 1.next

      we get one plugin which needs to be onboaded to Pyxis and KRD:

      The following components must be onboarded in order to add pipelineruns:
 [!] bsp-techdocs-mod-addons-contrib-1

Please run
 * /home/nboldt/4/4-rhdh-plugin-catalog/build/scripts/generatePyxisConfigForPlugins.sh and
 * /home/nboldt/4/4-rhdh-plugin-catalog/build/scripts/generateKonfluxReleaseDataForPlugins.sh
to onboard new OCI artifact(s).
