we need a script to generate tekton pipelineruns for when content changes in plugin-catalog repo, or at least have something trigger in kfux when we want to buidl a new plugin artifact.

Need to figure out if we can have ONE reusable pipeline or if we need to generate 100s of lines of boilerplate for this...
