Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

We want to document how to use Ping Federate to authenticate user to RHDH. We have contributed a plugin to the Backstage community. 

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

Users should be able to authenticate to RHDH with Ping Federate.

Documentation Considerations

• As a platform engineer, I want to be able to configure RHDH with Ping Federate.
• Ping Federate is not a GA plugin yet, so the documentation should mention that it is Dev Preview (or Tech Preview)
