script a process to:

create a snapshot for a given list of plugins (~~RHIDP-5969~~), with https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/rhdh-plugin-catalog/-/blob/rhdh-1-rhel-9/build/scripts/kfuxSnapshot.sh
pass that snapshot to a release yaml (like we do with https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/rhdh/-/blob/rhdh-1-rhel-9/build/scripts/kfuxRelease.sh)
