We want use the catalog framework to store our plugin entities. After could load our data into the catalog, solved in RHIDP-5326 we want check (mostly confirm) the assumption that

1. we use some backstage catalog shared packages to fetch the data from the frontend
2. that we can see any plugins in the marketplace also if the user isn't able to see them due limited permissions

Acceptance Criteria

1. A PR that uses the backstage catalog API in the marketplace backend plugin
2. A test that we can bypass permission checks from our marketplace backend plugin
