We want use the catalog framework to store our plugin entities. After could load our data into the catalog, solved in RHIDP-5326 we want check (mostly confirm) the assumption that

1. we use some backstage catalog shared packages to fetch the data from the frontend
2. that we don't see any plugins in the marketplace as soon as we enable permissions/rbac

Acceptance Criteria

1. A PR that uses the backstage catalog API from the marketplace frontend plugin
2. A PR that checks / confirms our assumptions that wor found an kind of issues
