Illustrations and the sticky footer in the add repositories list page is not visible in the dark theme

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure the Bulk import UI plugin

Actual results:

• The buttons on the sticky footer are not visible in the dark theme
• The illustrations are not visible

Expected results:

• The buttons on the sticky footer should be visible in the dark theme
• The illustrations should be visible
