      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Remove the `Repositories` tab view and simply list the added repositories (comment)]
      2. Move `DeleteDialogContext` to shared-react package. Update the rbac UI plugin
      3. In the `Add Repositories` list page show the PR contents in the sidepanel if the repo has a PR waiting for approval
      4. Text on the educational card should be centered
