The Upgrading RHDH title was created under RHIDP-2510 but needs to be populated with new and existing content. Resolve this with the following actions: 

Existing content

• Remove the upgrading content from the 1.2 Release Notes
• Relocate existing upgrading with Helm content to the Upgrading RHDH title.
• Update the docinfo.xml file to add an abstract in the <para></para> tags

New content 

• Create a .adoc file for Upgrading the RHDH Operator using the web console.

It seems that the upgrading with Operator procedure is similar to the existing installing with Operator procedure. The only difference a user might see is on step no-3: On the Red Hat Developer Hub Operator page, click Install. Instead of install, it might be Upgrade, but this needs to be confirmed.
