[DOC] Relocate existing installation content to the new Installing RHDH titles

    • RHDH Docs Team 3257, RHDH Docs Team 3258, RHDH Docs Team 3259, RHDH Docs Team 3260

      Perform the following actions: 

      1. Remove existing installation content from Admin and Getting Started guides. 
      2. Create the following titles in the repo and add the appropriate existing content to them:
        • Installing Red Hat Developer Hub on OpenShift Container Platform
        • Installing Red Hat Developer Hub in an air-gapped environment
        • Installing Red Hat Developer Hub on Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Services (EKS)
        • Installing Red Hat Developer Hub on Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
        • Upgrading Red Hat Developer Hub
      3. Update xrefs/links
      4. Add links to Installing RHDH in Administration and/or Getting Started, if useful to users.
