• [Spike] Research how to backup and restore Backstage apps

Depending on the outcome, we'll figure out what to do:

• Test and document how to do so using Helm
• Test and document how to do so using the Operator
• Create subsequent JIRA issue for the Docs team to include these steps in our product docs

upstream documentation updates (design docs, release notes etc)
