Currently, 2.2.2. Configuring dynamic plugins with the Red Hat Developer Hub Operator is published in the Admin guide under the deployment section. This sub-section will be decoupled from the deployment section of the Admin guide as part of RHIDP-2510.

Ultimately, all dynamic plugin content should be contained in the Dynamic Plugins guide. Tasks that require an administrative role should be identified by the role requirements in the Prerequisite section. 

Resolve this issue by relocating proc-config-dynamic-plugins-rhdh-operator.adoc to the Dynamic Plugins guide.
