[e2e] make sure FAB related e2e tests pass on RHDH

      Story

      As FAB plugin being disabled on RHDH, the related e2e tests should still pass by setting the FAB plugin enabled before running the tests. The goal here is to ensure all existing e2e tests pass with minimum code changes in the e2e test cases.
