Configuring big-sized environments for performance testing has challenges. It introduces complexity and log setup times.

In order to simplify the setup phase and iterate faster (at least initially) we could define few  testing tiers of different environment sizes: this way we can pre-build configurations (users and groups creation is a long task with lots of them) and only import them during the infrastructure setup phase instead of creating them from scratch every time.
