EPIC Goal
This Epic is to ensure the perf framework can automatically provision and manage environments that mirror a "Big Customer" reality—meaning proper replicas, external databases, and the massive data volume they actually run. If we can't build what they run, our performance data doesn't matter.
- Production Architecture: Multi-replica application nodes + external scalable database (no local/embedded DBs).
- High-Density Data: Must support 30k+ developers, 500k+ groups, and 70k+ applications without falling over.
- Orchestrator Load: Must handle 50,000 daily workflows on the instance.
- Reliability: The environment must stay performant and stable under this specific load, not just "exist."
