      EPIC Goal

      The RHDH portal requires German localization to meet the needs of early customers and facilitate deals. This feature will enable the platform to cater to German-speaking users by translating all user-facing texts and UI components into German, thus improving accessibility and user experience.

      Background/Feature Origin

      1. Provide full German language support across the RHDH portal and core plugins.
      2. Expand on the early translations we have from last release and work with the translation team so we can be confident the language is well covered.

      Unlock business opportunities in German-speaking regions by meeting mandatory language requirements.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. German translations are bundled into RHDH for (core) Backstage plugins, the Backstage Community Plugins and rhdh-plugins - similar to French
      2. Translations comes from the translations team (via TMS)
