      EPIC Goal

      The RHDH portal requires Spanish localization to meet the needs of early customers and facilitate deals. This feature will enable the platform to cater to Spanish-speaking users by translating all user-facing texts and UI components into Spanish, thus improving accessibility and user experience.

      Background/Feature Origin

      1. Provide full Spanish language support across the RHDH portal and core plugins.
      2. Expand on the early translations we have from last release and work with the translation team so we can be confident the language is well covered.

      Unlock business opportunities in Spanish-speaking regions by meeting mandatory language requirements.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Spanish translations are bundled into RHDH for (core) Backstage plugins, the Backstage Community Plugins and rhdh-plugins - similar to French
      2. Translations comes from the translations team (via TMS)
