A copy or extended version of https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/rhdh/-/blob/rhdh-1-rhel-9/build/scripts/deleteTagsFromQuay.sh needs to be created so we can do periodic tag deletions from the quay.io/rhdh/*plugin* repos

Current script only operates on these repos:

• rhdh-hub-rhel9
• rhdh-rhel9-operator
• rhdh-operator-bundle
• iib

So we need the script to find all the plugin repos, and go scrub out the more-than-8mo old tags. Then we can implement regular tag cleanup like we do here:
