What are we trying to solve here?

• Update the models and support images (model service, vllm container) used by the AI software templates
• Update application sample used by the AI software templates
• Ensure templates work under previous RHDH 1.9.0 version installation
• Perform release process
• Perform documentation updates on model updates

Background/Feature Origin

As part of our ongoing support obligations to AI Software Templates, we are required to perform maintenance tasks every release cycle of RHDH to ensure the security exceptions are being met, new improvements of dependencies are being brought in, new RHDH releases have compatibility, and new release cuts of the templates are being regularly made.

The regular release maintenance tasks for AI Software Template under this epic targets the upcoming RHDH 1.10 release.

Why is this important?

Provides necessary housekeeping to ensure feature compatibility with RHDH 1.10 and regular patching of template images.

User Scenarios

Dependencies (internal and external)

The AI RHDH installer needs to be bumped to use the previous RHDH 1.9.0 release RHIDP-11496 before we can test AI Software Template changes.
