Will need to update topic map in https://github.com/redhat-ai-dev/rhdh-docs-topic-map/tree/release-1.8 but creating release-1.9 branch and updating the topic maps from https://github.com/redhat-developer/red-hat-developers-documentation-rhdh/tree/release-1.8
