As a user of RHDH, I want to configure the catalog entities path in the rhdh container, so that catalog-backend-extensions-module plugin can ingest the yamls from the configured path.

Background

The current discovery mechanism uses findTopMostFolder logic to get the yamls, but this is not reliable especially when we have multiple folders exists. 

To have the flexibility and reliability in the discovery mechnaism, we need to have a optionally configurable path via app-config (defaults to /extensions or /marketplace).

Acceptance Criteria

1. Catalog entities path should be configurable from app-config (Optional configuration). 
2. If it is not configured, default to /extension or fallback to /marketplace for backward compatibility.
