      What are we trying to solve here?

      Extract marketplace catalog entities from catalog index image into the RHDH main container.

      Right now, the install-dynamic-plugins.py has been updated to extract only the dynamic-plugins.default.yaml file from the catalog index image, as part of the plugin installation logic.

      As discussed in https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C04CUSD4JSG/p1767863959604779?thread_ts=1767790419.980379&cid=C04CUSD4JSG, we also need to unpack the catalog entities at the /marketplace path of the RHDH container, where they will be discovered by the extensions backend plugin, and displayed in the Extensions UI.
