Currently, translation end-to-end (e2e) tests are not part of the CI pipeline. To ensure translation quality is checked while maintaining CI speed, translation e2e tests need to be integrated into the nightly jobs. This will prevent slowing down the regular CI while still keeping translation checks in place.

Acceptance Criteria

Translation e2e tests are executed as part of the existing nightly CI workflow
