EPIC Goal

Have automated e2e checks against RHDH that test translations in different parts of RHDH.

This is not related to plugins from rhdh-plugins or BCP, as these are covered in dev mode tests.

Adding translation tests to nightly jobs
Refining the existing translation tests
Adding translation support for new locales
Adding translation tests for remianing core plugins if any
