EPIC Goal

Have automated e2e checks against RHDH that test translations in different parts of RHDH.

This is not related to plugins from rhdh-plugins or BCP, as these are covered in dev mode tests.

Acceptance Criteria

Adding translation tests to nightly jobs
Refining the existing translation tests
Adding translation support for new locales (Italian and Japanese)
Adding translation tests for the remaining core plugins, if any
