Task Description (Required)

To use and test changes introduced by RHDHPAI-619 and RHDHPAI-620, we'll need to identify what are all the requirements for Azure plugin which will be introduced by the RHTAP CLI installer. For example annotation, permissions, for the pipeline to show in RHDH, etc., and feed those requirements to the build and install team to make the changes on the CI resources and the installer.

We'll need to both investigate these requirements, document and communicate with the RHTAP installer team with what these Software Templates would need to work with Azure pipelines.

Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)

• CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
• Release Technical Enablement - Provide necessary release enablement details and documents
• A new branch to be created under the https://github.com/redhat-appstudio/tssc-sample-templates repo to host the AI software template
