      Story (Required)

As a developer trying to create application from RHTAP software templates I want an option to use my Azure platform for running the pipelines.

Provide an option to the ciType property to select Azure pipelines (azure) as the target CI platform for running pipeline jobs from the RHTAP Software Templates.

      Background (Required)

RHTAP has support for Tekton, Jenkins, GitHub actions, and GitLab CI to run the pipelines for the RHTAP templates. We'll need to provide the same support to run on Azure pipeline for the RHTAP suite of Software Templates.

      Out of scope

Any work outside of the Software Templates, e.g. build setup and installer changes.

Note: Any dependencies however will need to be communicated with and delivered by those teams.
