Task Description (Required)

We need to prepare Marketplace entries for the Model Catalog plugins being delivered in 1.8:

• Both Model Catalog plugins,  see workspace: https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugin-export-overlays/tree/main/workspaces/ai-integrations 

Will pattern off of johnmcollier work for the MCP plugins.  He has already  prepared a draft extension catalog yaml file, which can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1BhVNRWKqzjyUPL7yNi-4YVnP2kXYJec5VpRjqOx3WDM/edit?tab=t.0 .
