Task Description (Required)

We need to prepare Marketplace entries for the MCP plugins being delivered in 1.8:

• Both MCP Tool plugins: (software-catalog-mcp-tool, and techdocs-mcp-tool), see workspace: https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugin-export-overlays/tree/main/workspaces/mcp-integrations 
• The repackaged Backstage MCP server plugin: mcp-actions-backend (see https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugin-export-overlays/pull/1401)

I've already gone ahead and prepared a draft extension catalog yaml file, which can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1BhVNRWKqzjyUPL7yNi-4YVnP2kXYJec5VpRjqOx3WDM/edit?tab=t.0 . However, I'm not sure if a separate extension catalog entry is needed for the repackaged mcp-actions-backend plugin from backstage/backstage that we're rebuilding.

This issue will focus on getting the current entry into the extension catalog for 1.8 and if necessary, preparing a separate catalog entry for the mcp-actions-backend plugi
