As a user of the 'bac' CLI for importing new AI Models,  I want the AI Models hosted in 3Scale to be translated into Catalog content.

Background (Required)

3Scale has a [CLI written in Ruby that wraps its administrative REST API.  When deployed on OCP, there are Operator CRDs that map to all the 3Scale types like Products, Backends, etc.  That, along with examining OCP API like Routes, could provide useful information and sufficient metadata for the model catalog.

Approach (Required)

Using our 3Scale based duplication of Models as a Service, connect to the environment and via the CRDs or REST API see if metadata, most notably inference endpoints, for our models hosted there can be pulled and provide sufficient model catalog representations.
