Per the "New Model Metadata Sources" section of the roadmap defined in the source code repository at https://github.com/redhat-ai-dev/rhdh-ai-catalog-cli/blob/2f5102b054f5e50d2c359cece5e171caa1e1bfcc/docs/roadmap.md#new-model-metadata-sources the list of source for AI Model metadata that we will want to normalize into the RHDH AI Model Catalog format is already diverse and may increase in the short to mid term.

This epic will track which sources we prioritize between now and the GA level productization of the CLI.

Any sources not done by then will be moved to a post GA epic.
