As a developer trying to install and setup RHDH with AI Software Templates I want to able to use the up to date stable version of RHDH with the compatible OCP version.

We'll need to try setting up RHDH 1.3 with OCP 4.16.x to investigate if there are any other changes needed to properly setup RHDH to use AI Software Templates.

Background (Required)

Currently, our RHDH Installer uses RHDH 1.2 and is only compatible with up to OCP 4.15.x or earlier. With 1.3 being the latest version of RHDH, we should support this version to take advantage of the latest features being provided by this version.

Out of scope

Implementation of the changes needed for RHDH 1.3 compatibility with our installer.

Approach (Required)

• Test RHDH 1.3 with OCP 4.16.x to identify issues with current state of the RHDH installer
• Investigate alternate setups that will allow RHDH 1.3 with OCP 4.16.x to work, preferably without taking away current compatibility
• Test RHDH 1.3 with OCP 4.14.x-4.15.x to ensure compatibility is maintained
• Document findings
