Use the OnboardingSection, EntitySection, and TemplateSection cards to align with the new homepage design.

Acceptance Criteria (Required)

• By default, if no customized homepage configuration is provided, the default homepage layout should be used.
• The default homepage layout should include OnboardingSection, EntitySection, and TemplateSection cards
• If a user has not customized their homepage configuration, the default layout should be applied automatically.
• The homepage should match the new design layout across different screen sizes.
