We need to update the homepage plugin based on the new design for homepage and add new cards.

Background/Feature Origin

We introduced new homepage cards and new design language for AI homepage. We want to bring that design language and cards to core RHDH homepage as well.

Acceptance Criteria

• Should add new homepage cards to the homepage plugin.
• Should update the design language for older cards as well.
• Should make sure that the homepage plugin doesn't break during upgrades.
  • Should only show the new cards when the customer has not customized their homepage.
