Task Description (Required)

Implement the integrations CLI initially with the model catalog integration commands.

These commands include:

• modelcatalog check - This command would provide an indication of readiness for the model catalog bridge RHDH integration to be installed to a target RHDH instance
• modelcatalog install - This command will setup and install the model catalog bridge RHDH integration to a target RHDH instance
• modelcatalog uninstall - This command will undo the setup and install the model catalog bridge RHDH integration to a target RHDH instance

This issue will include base unit testing, integration testing, creating the base CI workflows for building and testing the tool. We should also include base documentation on requirements and how to get started with the tool.

• Documentation to be done and revisions by the docs team
• Container build implementation
• Release engineering (i.e. publish workflows, release process, release automation)
