Task Description (Required)

This will focus on the implementation of build automation needed to ship the integrations CLI in container format.

This does include:
Build Definition - should wrap the CLI and use the base CLI command as the default entrypoint
Image Build/Test CI automation
Any supporting script for building the container image
Usage Documentation

This does not include:
Image Publishing CI automation
Any release engineering changes to the build definitions or scripts
