      Task Description (Required)

      As part of RHDHPAI-1197, we're looking at areas of potential upstream collaboration and contributions for MCP in Backstage. Part of that will include determining which areas of our MCP tool plugins (software catalog, techdocs, and software templates tools) would be a good fit, and where. 

      Note: Depending on the outcomes of our engagement with RHDHPAI-1199 this issue may or may not be needed, depending on how we decide to proceed with contribute the MCP tool plugins
