Task Description (Required)

As part of RHDHPLAN-222, we'll be looking at areas we can engage further with the Backstage community, particularly around MCP server support in Backstage. We've identified some potential areas of involvement

• Audit logging support in the MCP server plugin
• Integrations with the event and notification framework
• Contributing back our MCP tool plugins 

The RHDH COPE team have office hours which we can attend. We should use this as an opportunity to reach out and inquire about how/where we can get more involved (and if the above areas make sense). Follow up / and iterate on any action items raised on the office hours (or by the COPE team)
