After the investigation done for https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DEVHAS-703 and the new custom image created https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DEVHAS-748 the final step for RHOAI & Instructlab software template is to complete its implementation.

Background (Required)

The template has some progress during the investigation phase. You can find everything in the main investigation repo: https://github.com/thepetk/rhoai-template/blob/main/all.yaml

Out of scope

This issue doesn't include the creation of the custom notebook image. It only focuses on making available the instructlab template.

Approach (Required)

After the custom notebook image is ready, the assignee should discuss with the team about integrating the template with the existing ai-lab template or creating a standalone RHOAI only template.

Then, they can either create a new repo in the redhat-ai-dev org or try to integrate the instructlab RHOAI sample.

• A demo for the template is made

Code is completed, reviewed, documented and checked in

Customer facing documentation, API docs, design docs etc. are produced/updated, reviewed and published
Acceptance criteria are met
If the Grafana dashboard is updated, ensure the corresponding SOP is updated as well
