      Task Description (Required)

      After the investigation done for https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DEVHAS-684 we would like to investigate a solution for a potential InstructLab software template that will be deployed on Openshift AI.

      Ideally the template will include a notebook that includes instructlab and will try to train a selected model against a generated trainset that the user has created.
