GOAL

Prototype code for a PCPrecord functionality implemented as a systemd service.

This more modular approach to PCP-Pipeline should reduce the coding effort within Zathras to adopt PCP as a replacement for Pbench

The service will respond to PCP action requests such stop, start, as well as facilitate integration of Workload Metrics into a PCP Archive.

1. Execute a designated Workload and create a PCP Archive with test run metrics as well as time-sync'd Workload Metrics to the PCP Archive 
2. Document usage and deliver a demo to the Team

Scripts properly function on a variety of SUTs

Documentation has been developed which details usage
